Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery is available to all cantons, including Ticino, Graubünden and remote areas. PO boxes can be accommodated upon request via our contact form.

Unfortunately, we're not yet able to ship to other countries — but we hope to expand in the future.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within Switzerland: CHF 7.90 per order
  • Free shipping on all orders over CHF 100

Shipping costs are clearly displayed in your cart and at checkout — no hidden fees.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time is generally up to 14 business days from receipt of order. This includes both processing and packaging of your order, as well as shipping via Swiss Post (Economy / B-Post).

Good to know

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Mother's Day), delivery times may be slightly longer — we'll communicate this on our website in advance
  • Delivery times are estimates and non-binding; delays caused by the carrier are outside our control

Carrier & Packaging

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post (Economy / B-Post). Each piece is carefully packed in our signature jewellery box to prevent damage in transit and ensure a safe delivery.

Multiple items

Orders containing multiple items are always shipped together in one parcel — separate shipping of individual items isn't possible.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order via:

  • the official Swiss Post app
  • your order status page on teardropjewellery.com (using your order number)

Transfer of Risk

Once your parcel is handed over to Swiss Post, the transport risk passes to you as the buyer. We're not liable for delays, losses or damages during transit — but we'll always actively support you with claims (see below).

Damaged Parcels

Please check your parcel for visible damage immediately upon receipt.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt via our contact form. We'll need:

  • a short description of the damage
  • photos of the damaged packaging and the jewellery

With this information, we can file a claim with Swiss Post and find a quick solution for you — either a replacement or a refund.

For reports received later than 48 hours after receipt, replacement claims unfortunately can't be guaranteed.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please get in touch as soon as possible via our contact form.

We'll initiate a search inquiry with Swiss Post. Once the parcel is located or officially declared lost, we'll find a solution with you — either a replacement delivery or a full refund.

Please note: a Swiss Post search inquiry can take several business days.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused or not collected within Swiss Post's pickup deadline, it's returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, we reserve the right to:

  • not refund the original shipping costs
  • charge additional shipping costs of CHF 7.90 for any requested re-delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply if the parcel needs to be re-sent. We accept no liability for resulting delays or costs.

If you notice a mistake right after ordering, please reach out via our contact form immediately — if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update it.
