Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and refunds. Full terms are available in our Return Policy.
Return Window
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to send your items back to us. The postmark date of your return parcel is what counts for meeting the deadline — not the date we receive it. Please keep your shipping receipt safe.
Returns shipped after the 14-day window cannot be accepted.
Conditions
For us to accept and refund your return, the item must be:
- unworn and undamaged
- in its original jewellery box
- free from any signs of wear
- free from contact with water, perfume, creams, chemicals or other substances that may damage or discolour the material
Care cards and tags don't need to be returned.
Excluded From Returns
For hygiene, legal and product-specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and piercing jewellery (including bodychains with piercing elements, nose rings, etc.) once worn — for hygiene reasons
- Personalised items, including engravings and custom orders
- Sale and discounted items
How to Return
1. Register your return
Before sending anything back, please register your return via our contact form. Include your order number, the item you'd like to return and the reason. We'll confirm your return and guide you through the next steps. Please don't send any parcels back without prior registration — otherwise we can't guarantee processing.
2. Prepare your parcel
Pack the item carefully in its original jewellery box and include a note with your order number. We recommend choosing a shipment with a tracking number and keeping the receipt — in case of loss during return shipping, the risk lies with the sender.
3. Send to our return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an incorrect or defective item from our side, we'll cover the return shipping costs (see "Damaged or Defective Items" below).
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect the item. If all conditions are met, we'll process your refund within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
How refunds work
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order (credit card, PayPal, TWINT, etc.)
- Refunds are always issued to the original buyer — regardless of who returns the item (e.g. in the case of gift orders)
- The original shipping costs of CHF 7.90 are not refunded on returns, except in cases of incorrect or defective deliveries from our side
- On request, we can also issue your refund as a store credit / voucher code — just let us know when you register your return
Partial returns
If your order included multiple items and you return only some, we'll refund the value of the returned items. If your remaining order value drops below the CHF 100 free shipping threshold, we will not retroactively charge or deduct the previously granted free shipping costs.
Damaged or used returns
If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage or a loss in value, we reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to issue a partial refund, decline the refund, or return the item to you at your cost. We'll always communicate our decision in writing.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within the same product line in a different size — for example, a ring in another size.
How it works
- Contact us via our contact form with your order number and the desired new size.
- We'll send you a voucher code for free shipping.
- You order the identical item in the desired size through our shop — shipping is free with the code.
- You send the original order back to the address above (at your own cost).
- Once the return arrives, we'll refund the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
Important: The free shipping code applies exclusively to the identical item in another size. For exchanges to a different product or model, regular shipping costs apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you've received an incorrect item (e.g. wrong model or size) or your piece has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt via our contact form.
What to include
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
In this case, we'll cover the return shipping costs and offer you either:
- a replacement delivery, or
- a full refund of the purchase price including the original shipping costs
For transport damage to your parcel (damaged packaging on arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos — full details in our Shipping Policy.
Your Statutory Rights
This return policy outlines our voluntary goodwill arrangements. Your statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA) remain unaffected. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
