RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy after receiving the goods .

Requirements

  • → Unworn and undamaged
  • → In the original packaging
  • → Hygienically flawless
  • → Free from odors, make-up, perfume or care products

EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene and quality-related reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • → Earrings (for hygienic reasons, except in case of manufacturing defects)
  • → Worn items
  • → Item without original packaging

HOW TO RETURN

1. Register return

Please register your return exclusively via the returns form listed above.

2. Prepare for return shipment

Please include a copy of your order number with your return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the costs if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

REFUND

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount within 7 working days .

Refund method

  • → To your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • → By bank transfer (you will receive the account information by email)

EXCHANGE

An exchange is possible provided the return conditions are met and the desired item is available.

  • → The item you wish to exchange
  • → The desired replacement item
  • → Justification (if necessary, possibly with photo)

  2. Please attach photos of the defect.
  3. Specify order number

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a free replacement.
