Is the jewelry waterproof?

Yes. All our products are waterproof and suitable for everyday use – including sports, showering and beach visits. We simply recommend avoiding strong contact with chemicals (e.g. chlorine, perfume, cleaning agents) to maximize the lifespan.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our pieces are skin-friendly, contain no typical allergy triggers, and will neither discolor your skin nor tarnish with normal use.

What is your jewelry made of?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Nationwide via postal service.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes about 14 working days. Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it takes a little more patience. You will be notified of your order status via email. We are already working on faster shipping options.

How long is the processing time?

Your order will normally be processed and packed within 2-4 working days.

Which shipping provider delivers?

We ship via Swiss Post.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

7-day return policy.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 7 days of receipt. The jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

How does the exchange process work?

Start your exchange via our contact form. Select "Exchange", enter your order number and the desired replacement product. We will check availability and get back to you with the next steps.

What does the warranty cover?

All jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered:
Manufacturing defects (material & workmanship), transport damage and unusual material changes, that do not arise from normal use.

Not covered:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration), damage caused by improper handling, chemicals, or accidents as well as loss or theft.

Here's how it works:
Submit your request via support@teardropjewellery.com and select "Warranty". Upload clear pictures of the damage. Please add your order number and a brief description. We will review everything as quickly as possible and get back to you. a solution with you – Teardrop got you.

Delivery problems & support

When something doesn't go according to plan.
