Shipment

We ship exclusively within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing time is 2–4 business days, plus 1–2 business days for quality control and packaging. No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking is included with all shipments. You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as the package has been shipped. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking updates to become visible.

Pre-order items have a processing time of up to 60 days. Your order will be shipped together once all items are available.
